In some exceptional well justified cases Master students in the last year, as well as young postdocs could be included. As a rule, each seminar will include lectures followed by appropriate exercises, given by 2-3 professors-specialist and 1-2 assistants. It is planned to organize 3-5 seminars per year. The full SEENET-MTP member nodes are the main partners in the Program, but the other nodes and partner institutions , as well as individuals, are also able to to join the program. Travel expenses and most of the local expenses is covered. Selection of students and coordination of the program is the join responsibility of the Program Committee and local organizer of the particular events. ICTP officially joined the CERN – SEENET-MTP PhD program in 2019. We expect some high-level institutions from Europe to join and support the program. The 3rd cycle of the CERN – SEENET-MTP program It was announced that the 1st School in the 3rd cycle of the CERN – SEENET-MTP – ICTP will be held in Thessaloniki: School on Field theory and applications in HEP Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, 9-16 June 2024. More information on the additional and preparatory program will be given here . The 2nd cycle of the CERN – SEENET-MTP program The second cycle of the CERN – SEENET-MTP program began in 2019. Three schools were held. Gravitation, Cosmology and Astroparticle Physics 4 – 11 September 2022 ( Belgrade , Serbia) Computational methods in HEP 24 – 27 September 2020, online ( Craiova , Romania) The SEENET-MTP Balkan School on High Energy and Particle Physics: Theory and Phenomenology – BS2019 3 – 9 June 2019 ( Ioannina , Greece) The 1st cycle of the Program (2015 – 2018) In the framework of the 1st cycle of the Program (2015 – 2018) five seminars were held: The SEENET-MTP School High Energy and Particle Physics: Theory and Phenomenology” – BS2018 3 – 10 June 2018, Niš (Serbia) New Trends in High Energy Theory 16 – 20 October 2017, Sofia (Bulgaria) Computational methods in Cosmology and General Relativity 11 – 17 December 2016, Timisoara (Romania) Modern Aspects of Quantum Field Theory 8-14 November 2015, Bucharest (Romania) Supergravity 21 – 27 June 21 2015, Belgrade (Serbia) This program was preceded by self-financed pilot seminar SEENET-COSMO 2014 12 – 15 February 2014, Niš (Serbia) The SEENET-MTP Office welcome students interested in participating in the Program who are not individual members of the SEENET-MTP yet to join us by filling the registration form for the Network .
